Located in the centre of Bath, this Grade II Listed two bedroom Georgian cottage has a 60m garden that extends down to the River Avon and inside a wealth of original features. From the sash windows and panelled doors to the panelling and fireplaces in the bedrooms we carefully restored the historic features of the cottage. The bathroom and kitchen were kept deliberately contemporary to complement the Georgian interiors.

Listed Building Consent has been granted for an extension to the rear of the property.
